ALPINE TWIN
Despite their immutable perception, alpine areas of Northern Italy are rapidly changing environments. Hiking through the Alps, we experience a still frame of their unstable landscape. Using consumer-grade photogrammetry tools, we can assemble a series of panoramic shots taken along the path into a digital twin of the experienced area. This 3D object becomes a snapshot that can be compared with similar but never identical documentations of other hikes along the same path.
